2006年毕业于中国科学技术大学，获博士学位。系青岛科技大学课程思政教学名师，《基础化学原理A1》《基础化学原理A2》课程思政示范课程负责人。获全国课程思政示范案例教学大赛一等奖、全国高校化工与材料类专业教师教学创新大赛二等奖、全国本科院校教师课程思政能力竞赛二等奖、山东省教师教学创新大赛三等奖、山东省在线教学优秀案例三等奖、山东省数字化赋能教育信息化典型案例；中国化学会“化学教育研究知新奖”；青岛科技大学教学成果特等奖。

多年来一直从事分离科学与纳米技术方面的研究，主持完成国家自然科学基金1项、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金1项，其他课题多项。授权国家发明专利4项；发表SCI收录论文60余篇，获青岛科技大学高水平科技论文突出贡献奖；获中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖1项，山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖1项，山东省自然科学奖二等奖1项。
